• Stability and Protection: Cardboard trays offer excellent support, reducing the risk of product damage during transport. They also enhance presentation and contribute to reduce packaging waste.
• Reduced footprint: A compact solution that enables the production of tray + film, pad + film, and film-only packs with a single machine, optimising layout efficiency and ensuring a high level of operational versatility.
• Recyclability: Cardboard is a reusable material. The use of such trays supports easier recycling processes and aligns with the principles of a circular economy, which more industries are striving to implement.

• Transport and control system: The motorized transport and tray insertion mechanism is self-centering and driven by inverter and encoder, electronically synchronized with product arrival. This ensures a smooth, continuous flow and high production efficiency.
• Versatility: The system can operate in film-only mode or in tray + film mode, offering flexibility according to specific customer needs.
• Regulatory compliance: Designed and manufactured in accordance with CE regulations and Industry 4.0 standards, the BP TRAY + FILM models ensure high safety standards and efficient operation.
